The Maryland office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) released it on Monday.
In a statement, CAIR’s Maryland Director Zainab Chaudry said:
“As hundreds of thousands of students across the state return to the classrooms this week after summer break, we want to help ensure that our communities have the tools and support they need for a productive school year.
